He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethar Hall and Onedis Hall; his wife Joan Carol Hall (Radabaugh); and his grandson Benjamen Tyler Higley. He is survived by: his children, Julie Needham (Kelly) of Jackson, Angela Hickerson (John) of Oak Hill, Kristina Costilow of Oak Hill, Brian Hall (Jennie) of Oak Hill, Jeff Hall (Linda) of Chillicothe and Tricia Campbell (Lance) of Oak Hill; and his siblings, Garry Hall (Joyce) of Jackson, Rushie McAllister of Oak Hill and Wallean Batton (Forrest) of Bellefontaine. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
