It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Williams of Oak Hill, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Bowling; and her half-sister Kristen Reynolds. She is survived by: her children, Tabitha Williams, Brayden Taylor and Dashia Taylor; her father Howard Reynolds (Kimberly); her brother Howard Reynolds II (Rhonda); her half-sisters, Kelly Stephens (Jeff), Sarah Buckler (John) and Rebecca Ayers (Zachary); and her friend Kenneth Burchett. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
