She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Hayes (Christie) of South Webster and Thomas Grose (Neethi) of Texas; her son-in-law Tony Casteel; her daughters, Crystal Church (Timmy) of Belfry, KY and Kimberly Casteel (Aaron Farahay) of Oak Hill; and her siblings, William Spurlock (Nancy) of Pennsylvania, Ginnie Eggers (John Wallace) of Tennessee and Fonda Dixon of South Webster. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
