She was predeceased by: her father Martin Collins; her daughter-in-law Amy Gray; and her grandson-in-law Kyle Chandler. She is survived by: her husband Gary Gray; her sons, Christopher Gray (Melissa), Jody and Bradley Gray (Chrissy) of Oak Hill; her grandchildren, Megan of Delaware, Chelsey of Crestline, Marlie Chandler, Ashton Gray of Oak Hill and Patrick of Marion, Ohio; and her siblings, Cleo Wiley (James) of Florida, Marlene Iezzi (Frank) of Columbus, Reid Collins (Mary) of Oak Hill and Wendell Collins (Sue) of Columbus. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, all of whom will miss their "Gram".

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Buckeye Forest, 8668 SR 93, Jackson, Ohio 45640.
