He is survived by: his father Clifford Rawlins; his daughter Kendra Rawlins of Holden; his brother Chris Rawlins of Oak Hill; his grandparents, Jeanetta Dickens of Oak Hill and Jessie Rawlins of South Webster; his niece Abby Rawlins; and his partner's child Jordan Charles. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
