He is survived by: his significant other Michelle "Mickey" Carter (Keenan) of Oak Hill, Ohio; his children, Jason Carter II of Oak Hill, Jacob Carter and Jordan Carter of Kissimmee, Florida; his stepchildren, Gerard Keenan of Oak Hill and Kage Keenan of Woonsocket; and his grandchildren, Mikinlee, Colton, Easton and Liam.
