James Spencer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2022, at the age of 76, James Spencer of Oak Hill, Ohio, born in Paintsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Spencer and Oga Spencer (Collins); and his siblings, Shell Spencer, Larry Spencer, Otis Spencer and Wanda Sue Spencer.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Spencer; his children, James Scott Spencer (Cathy), Lora Wolford, Raymond Jesse Paynter (Lisa), Barbie Brown (Michael), William Paynter (Robin) and Steven Paynter (Marcy); his siblings, Betty Irene Fraley of Kentucky, Arnold Spencer (Gustella) of Lucasville, Robert Spencer, Patty Reed (Billy) and Ruby Glass of Portsmouth; and his sister-in-law Reatha Spencer of Portsmouth. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
