He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis McCormick and Vivian McCormick (Dillon); and his siblings, Presley, Dennis, Cheryl Johnson and Nancy Lemaster.
He is survived by: his children, Benjamin of Oak Hill, Alicia Borghese (Joe) of Oak Hill and Courtney Kreais (Travis) of Oak Hill; his siblings, Otis Jr., Jean Hook, Ramona Jenkins, Shawna Massie and Valerie Holter; and his grandchildren, Keith, MaKayla, Cassidy, Connor, MaKenna and Dawson.
