He is survived by: his wife Thelma Ann Adkins Evans; his children, Wade Evans, Kevin Evans, Bill Evans and Dawn Gamble Jones; his stepchildren, Nevaeh Radcliff, Milei Radcliff and Alicia Odell; and his sister Eloise Wills. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
