It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ilo June Knotts (Oak Hill, Ohio), born in Jackson, Ohio, who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelley Wasmer and Ada Wasmer (Humphries); her former husband Don Hatten; her husband Richard "Dick" Knotts; her daughter Rita Hatten; and her siblings, Luetta Galbraith (Pink), Jeannie Foster (Bill), Sandy Shelton, Danny, Joe and Bill Wasmer (Judy).
She is survived by: her children, Don Hatten and Kelley Hatten (Darlene); her grandson Kurt Shelton (Stacey); her great grandchild Sam Shelton; her stepdaughters, Kathy Ganino, Karen Tucker and Gretchen Crossby; her siblings, Caralee Moser, Shirley Bowman, Bob Wasmer (Tish), Sue Barnett and Toni Miller; her brother-in-law Bill Shelton; her nieces, Sue Ellen Rapp and Regina Shelton Yerian; and her nephew D. B. Galbraith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
