He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E Fisher Sr. and Easter "Betty" Fisher (Scott); his wife Barbara Sue Fisher (Newsome); his sister Vicky Gould; and his grandchildren, Brittany Paige Rice and Larry Edward McCoy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Sue Rice (Paul) of Wellston, Cheryl Lynn McCoy (Larry) of Oak Hill and Tara Dawn Abrams (Mike) of Jackson, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jessica Lynn McCoy, Megan Sue Rice, Aaron Michael Abrams, Laura Leigh Abrams, Kendra Dawn Abrams and Emily Paige Abrams; his great grandchildren, Austin Michael McCoy, Joseph Hunter Woods, Cheyenne Hafer, Avery Lashae Abrams, Bryleigh Sue Louise Abrams, Addilyn Paige Hafer and Avalona Rose Abrams; his siblings, Karen Carpenter (Ken) of Logan and Jim King (Ellen) of Jackson; and his siblings-in-law, Bennett Newsome of South Webster, Dennis Newsome of Jackson, Michigan and Patsy Newsome of Jackson. He is also survived by several other relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Per CDC guidelines and Governor recommendations, every is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
