He was predeceased by: his brothers, Millard Powell and Jack Powell. He is survived by: his spouse Eleanor Powell (Toole); and his children, Frankie R. Powell, Jr. (Terry), Vinson Powell (Stephanie), Pam Johnson (Keith) and Melissa Powell. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
