She was predeceased by: her parents, Estill Blevins and Bessie Blevins (Conley); and her siblings, James Blevins and Jenny. She is survived by: her children, William D. Spurlock (Nancy) of Lakewood, OH., Kathy Hayes of Oak Hill, Ginnie Eggers of Trade, TN and Fonda Dixon of South Webster; and her sisters, Nora, Sandy, Barbara, Josie and Judy. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
