He was predeceased by: his father Franklin David Dials; his brothers, Franklin D. Dials Jr. and Randy Dials; and his grandparents, George, Irene Adkins, Emory and Garnet Dials.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Gross (Norman); his daughter Antonia "Tony" Dials McIntosh; his grandsons, Isaiah and Clay McIntosh; and his sisters, Lisa Webb (Keith) and Bonita Dials Belcher.
