It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Juanita Evans of Oak Hill, Ohio, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Slater; her husband Roger Dale Evans; her daughter Shari Mustain Sandera (Evans); and her sister Vernita Dickens (Nedie). She is survived by: her children, Patti Saunders (Alan) and David Evans (Shirley); her grandchildren, Jeremy Mustain (Emary), Nathan Saunders (Kelly), Bethany Saunders, Nicole Ruby (Corey), Michael Evans (Caitlyn) and Derek Sandera; her great grandchildren, Luke Saunders, Logan Saunders, Leah Saunders, Alissa Mustain, Mason Ruby, Parker Ruby, Evan Ruby and Alaina Evans; and her siblings, Dianne Bush (Russ) and Johnny Slater (Terri).
