He is survived by: his children, Jerry Caldwell (Charla) of Oak Hill and Angela Caldwell of Oak Hill; his grandson Michael Caldwell (Ashtin) of Sydney; his siblings, Barb Caldwell of Oak Hill, Jennifer Saunders of Gallia and Chuck Caldwell of Oklahoma; his cousin Kathy Maynard; and his uncles, Don and Carl Cooper of East Rochester, Ohio.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
