With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis James Mozingo (Oak Hill, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on April 28, 2020 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl E. Mozingo and Eva Marie Mozingo (Clay); and his siblings, Johnny Carter and Carolyn McCarter. He is survived by: his significant other Tina Oliver; his children, Star Chadwell (Jeff), Sylvia McDaniels (Dave) of Toledo, Stephanie Mozingo of Toledo, Trisha Canterbury (Shawn) of Oak Hill and Raymond Oliver (Mandy) of Oak Hill; and his siblings, Earl Mozingo (Linda), Shirley Slaughterback (Ted) of Toledo, Brenda Coates (Don) of Toledo and Linda Black (Cork) of Toledo. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
