He was predeceased by: his father Nelson Howell; his wife Gloria Howell (Davis); and his siblings, Harold Howell, Sherry Nuckolls and Fern Hundley.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Bailey of Oak Hill; his granddaughter Autumn Perkins of Jackson; and his siblings, Ralph Howell of Columbus, Connie Borden of Bidwell and Kathy Hariston of Columbus.
