He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. McNeal and Gladys McNeal (Shelton); and his sister Geraldine "Geri" Stumbo. He is survived by: his wife Pam McNeal (Adkins); his sons, Danny McNeal of Oak Hill, Clint McNeal (Katherine) of Oak Hill, Cliff McNeal (Shannon) of Oak Hill and Cody McNeal of Oak Hill; his grandchildren, Levi, Caleb, Caitlyn, Olivia, Beau, Devin, Peyton, Oliver, Cash and Clint "Chip"; and his sister Mary Katherine McNeal. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Per CDC guidelines and governor recommendations, everyone is asked to wear a mask while indoors and practice proper social distancing procedures and guidelines.
