He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Polcyn and Elsie Polcyn (Walker); his wife Debra E. Polcyn (Neal); his children, Timothy Polcyn, Adam Polcyn and Rachael Polcyn Blankenship; and his siblings, Mike, Jimmy, Don, Sally, Rosemary and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Polcyn II, Matt Polcyn (Raymond Clark), Paul Polcyn (Erin), Nate Polcyn and Thomas Polcyn; his granddaughters, Stephanie and Madeleine Polcyn; his children, Tanner Dennison, Hannah Polcyn, Jennah Polcyn and Leah Polcyn; and his siblings, Ed, John, Robert, Margie Johnson, Carol Zelechowski and Virginia Donnet.
