He is survived by: his wife Deidra Miller (McCain); his daughter Eva Miller; his siblings, Kathy Ross, Dianna Taylor (Daniel), Janet Mercer and Donald Miller (Christina); his parents-in-law, Eloise and Anthony Salyers; his brother Chad McCain (Andrea); and his pets, Mani and Jhett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
