He is survived by: his wife Lori McNeal; his daughter Alicia Lortz (Chris) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Charles Chambers (Rachel) of Patriot, Ohio., James Chambers (Lindsay Collins) of Patriot, Ohio., Chloe Chambers, Kendra Lortz, Caleb Chambers, Aaron Lortz, Quentin Chambers and Kasin Chambers; his sister Betty Jo Taylor (Phil) of Columbus, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, John McNeal (Cheryl) of Pedro, Paul McNeal (Wilma) of Oak Hill, Tim Lewis of Jackson, Ohio, Rose Congrove (McNeal) of Jackson and Linda McNeal (Carter) of Oak Hill, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
