He is survived by: his children, Billy Lewis (Holly) of Arizona, Sandra Holbrook (Brian) of Oak Hill, Crystal Davis of Oak Hill and Tammy Trepanier (Steve) of Jackson, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brandi Messerly (Sam) of Columbus, Taylor Laws (Adam) of South Carolina, Jenna Wagner (Daniel) of New York, Samantha "Sami" Opfel (Ben) of Texas, Tia Holbrook of Columbus, Ohio and Steven Trepanier of Athens, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Katarina, Claira, Hailey, Cooper and Addison; and his siblings, Annabelle Miller, Wilbur Lewis (Brenda) and Dave Lewis (Eloise). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
