Carpenter (Oak Hill, Ohio), born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Frederick Carpenter; her children, Rhonda Harrison, Rebekah Potter (Bill) of Oak Hill and Freddy Carpenter (Bevelina) of Columbus, Ohio; her grandchildren, Caleb Potter of Oak Hill, Jonathon Harrison of Oak Hill, Keaton Potter of Oak Hill, Chloe Potter of Oak Hill and A. J. Harrison of Oak Hill; her nephew Chris; her great-nieces, Rylee and Morgan Bates; and her siblings, Karen Bates of Lodi, Pamela Bates of Oak Hill, Margo Anderson (Samuel) and Patrick Bates (Vickie) of Yellow Springs, OH. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
