He is survived by: his wife Lucilla Cooper (French) of Oak Hill, Ohio; his children, Randy D. Cooper (Angela) of Portsmouth, Ohio, Kimberly J. Smith of Jackson and Valerie D. Rawlins (Danny) of Wheelersburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ryan, Austin Rawlins, Katie, Autumn Cooper, Samantha Jo Marazzi (Jason) and Morgan Castle; his great grandchildren, Kylie Rawlins, Isaiah, Aubree Akers, Adler and Ario Marazzi; and his brothers, Ronnie Cooper of Huber Heights and Terry Cooper (Trina) of South Webster, Ohio..
