He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Thomas and Margaret Thomas; and his brother-in-law Ed Janick. He is survived by: his sister Cathy Janick; his close friends, Beau Miller (Dana), Bruce Miller, Jake Doust and Ed Labounty; his nieces, Karen Berry (Jeff), Amy Crowe and Kate Maunz (Joe); and his nephew Steven Berry. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews.
