He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Black and Edith Black (Morelock). He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Shepard of Oak Harbor; his daughter Crystal Josephson of Toledo, OH; his brother Tracy Black of Toledo, OH; his stepchildren, Melissa Nufher of Fremont, OH and Jeff Shepard of Oak Harbor; his grandchildren, Gavin, Dakota and Meghan; and his stepgrandchildren, Anthony and Rachel Nufher.
Memorial Contribution may be given to a charity of the Donor's Choice.
