He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hetrick and Minnie L. Hetrick (Goodsite); and his sister Virginia Hetrick. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Hetrick (Blausey); his daughters, Dawn Bolen (David) and Susan Lowell (Carlos, III) of Sandusky, OH; and his grandchildren, Zachary Bolen and Christine Bolen.
