He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Miller; his sons, Daniel Laughlin (Magdalena), Kevin Laughlin (Kylie) and Bryan Laughlin (Erica); his grandchildren, Gavin, Stella, Oliver, Claire, Everly and Cordell; his mother Jo Ann Hutchinson; his siblings, Lloyd Laughlin (Janet), Ron Laughlin (Anne), Connie Cannet (Mark Hermes), Sherry Leech (Jim) and Kellie Cramer; and his mother-in-law Sandy Miller.

Memorial contributions for Tommie may be given to Autism of Northwest Ohio or a charity of the donor's choice.
