He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Heiks (Vogt) of Oak Harbor; his sons, Timothy Heiks (Natalie Green) of Arnold, MD, Theodore Heiks of Oak Harbor and Todd Heiks (Deborah) of Graytown; his grandchildren, Deminique Heiks (David Steinkirchner) of Toledo and Tyler Heiks (Runyu) of Graytown; and his brother Thomas Heiks (Jimi) of Charlotte, NC.. He is also survived by his wife, kids, grandkids, family and friends.
