It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richie May of Oak Harbor, Ohio, born in Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandmother Wendy Ward; and his great-grandparent Richard "Papa" Ward. He is survived by: his parents, Richard K. May (Lisa Randall) of Oak Harbor, Ohio and Shannon Hunt (Stump) of Helena, Ohio; his siblings, Clairissa Stump (Owen Barnett), Dominick May, Cole May and Alex Keaton; his stepsiblings, J. J., Emily and Lauryn; his grandparent Roanna Stump (Mike Rupke); his great-grandparent Nancy "Busha" Ward; his girlfriend Alexandria Sidle; and his pets, Brutus and Kyro. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.

“a little late for this but I met Buddy last year in the construction exploratory program at Penta Career Center. At first when I met him, he was a quiet guy, shy to say the least but as time went on we would talk on the daily and mess around all class period just laughing and joking.
