He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick A. Olmstead and Aldora M. Olmstead (Stuckey). He is survived by: his wife Alta Jean Olmstead (Whitney); his children, Steve Olmstead (Mitzie), Ron Sears, Rebecca Kinchy (Jay), Michelle Vander Stouw (Steve) of Columbus, OH and Shelly Leggett of Memphis, TN; and his sister Doris Wilson of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two nieces.
