He is survived by: his pets, Sadie and Sawyer; his wife Tricia Velliquette-Tate of Oak Harbor, OH; his children, Nancy Mitchell (Brint) of Sylvania, OH, Nikki Hembury of Boulder, CO, Tera Anderson (Steve) of Ventura, CA, Charlee Kramer (Brent) of Fremont, OH and Adam Losie of Oak Harbor; and his siblings, Brenda Kravec of Niles, OH, Jeff Tate (Tawnya) of Warren, OH and Jim Tate (Lisa) of Girard, OH.
