He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" H. Bartell and Lucille A. Bartell (Henry). He is survived by: his close friend Dolly Bartell (Harder); and his siblings, Patricia Brannon (William), Sandra Wegman (Melvin) and Ray Bartell (Shannon). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Phil may be given in care of Dolly Bartell.
