He was predeceased by: his parents, Santa Anna and Domatilla Montaño Sr. (Lopez). He is survived by: his wife Joi Montaño of Oak Harbor; his children, Justin Montaño (Jessica Cain) of Columbus, OH and Janelle Montaño of Oak Harbor; and his sisters, Anita Ortiz, Helen Lasoya (Armando) and Mary Montaño. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
