Kroeger (Oak Harbor, Ohio), born in Carroll, Ohio, who passed away on January 31, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ryder and Myrtle Ryder (Floro); and her brother Clyde Ryder. She is survived by: her spouse Frederick L. Kroeger; her children, Judy Peters (Lowell), Oak Harbor, Linda Kroeger-Baum (Paul), Barry Kroeger (Lynne) and Port Clinton; her grandchildren, Lori Osterling (Jeff), Loren Clere (Diane), Bryan Peters, Kevin Peters (Carrie), Lisa Smith (Eric) and Jack Kroeger (Hannah); her stepgrandchildren, Tammy Stilwell (Mike), Lynn Stilwell (Jim) and Tim Baum (Deb); her great grandchildren, Wyatt Osterling, Zachary Peters, Annabelle Peters, Garrett Osterling, Nicholas Peters, Gavin Peters, Abigail Clere, Ethan Clere, Collin Peters, Lauren Smith and Graham Smith; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Allie Osterling, Ashleigh Osterling, Jena Baum and Trent Baum.
