With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lin M. Worthington of Oak Harbor, Ohio, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 17, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L. Smith and Lillian Smith (Bauer); her son Lee J. Worthington; and her brother Michael Smith. She is survived by: her husband Larry Worthington; her daughter Lisa Derr (Brad); her siblings, Thomas K. Smith (Becky) and Diana Macionis; and her grandchildren, Dakota Derr (Briahna) and Daulton Derr.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice or St. Paul United Church of Christ in Oak Harbor.
