It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kyle Jay Stephens (Oak Harbor, Ohio), born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on July 3, 2019, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepfather Roger Cousino; and his uncle Orval Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Kara Stephens; his stepchildren, Kennedy Sheppard and Hunter Geisler; his daughter Kendall Stephens; his parents, Jack Stephens Jr. and Teresa Cousino; and his sisters, Karen Cornell (Dustin), Alicia Stephens and Alexis Stephens. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions to the family either thru the Funeral Home or any Commodore Perry Federal Credit Union in care of Kara.
