He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Kelly and Carroll V. Kelly Jr. (Traver); and his stepson Dale Tusen. He is survived by: his wife Margie (Knotts); his children, Natalie K. Recker (Curtis), Amy Kelly (David Collins), Mary Laura Munch (Ryan), Errin C. Kelly (Rob), Madeline D. Daoud (Khaled), Carrolline C. Kelly (Blake) and John Merle George Kelly (Gabi); his grandchildren, Kensington and Charlotte; his stepdaughters, Dawn Hughes (Daniel) and Holly Spencer (Kevin); his stepgrandchildren, Joshua, Josiah, Hayley, Lyndsay, Nick and Keyjuan; and his brothers, William Kelly (Wendy) and Michael Kelly (Marianne).
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to assist in funeral expenses.
