We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2019, at the age of 81, Joe G. Rice (Oak Harbor, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward B. Rice and Maxine Rice (Conoly); his spouse Kittie J. Bucher; his sister Kate Parman; and his sister-in-law Faye Rice. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions for Joe may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551.
