He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil and Ruby (Marilyn); his brother Dale E. Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Miller and Merl Henry.
He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn L. Hartman; his children, Judith Binns, Daniel Miller (Gina) and Laurie Cleaver; his siblings, Blair Miller (Anita) and Diana Henry; his grandchildren, Jeremy Domrose, Joshua Miller, Grant Miller, Shannon Binns, Jacob Cleaver and Matthew Cleaver; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Miller, Joshua Miller, Jr. and Carter Cleaver.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that memorials for Jerry be given to St. John Lutheran Church, 450 N. Rocky Ridge Rd. P.O. Box 69, Rocky Ridge, OH 43458; or the donor's choice.
