He is survived by: his wife Becky Darr; his children, Jeff Kurtz (Kandi), Mickey Hass, James P. Kurtz, Eric Kurtz and Jeremy Kurtz; his grandchildren, Machayla Groves, Jessup Kurtz, Korwin Kurtz, Morgan Hass and Colton Hass; and his siblings, David Kurtz, Mary Pam Brewster, Cathy Travis and Caroline Walton.
