She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dornbusch and Laura Dornbusch (Rauch); her spouse Orlan "Lee" Franck; and her brothers, Robert Dornbusch (Ruth) and Nelson "Pete" Dornbusch (Shirley).
She is survived by: her children, William Franck (Nancy) and Ann Borer (David); her grandchildren, Todd Franck, Mark Franck (Amy), Jason Borer (Hollie) and Jennifer Borer; and her great grandchildren, Noah Borer and Hannah Borer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Hazel may be given to St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Oak Harbor.
