He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ellis and Eunice Ellis (Pryor); his son Glenn Ellis; and his brothers, Clyde and Wayne Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Ila J. Risch; his daughter Karen Ellis; his grandson Tyler Ellis; his nieces and nephews, Deb, Steve Rohde, John Ellis, Dan Ellis, David Buehler, Dean Buehler and Annette Sennish; and his brothers-in-law, Gaillard Risch and Leroy Buehler.
