He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Evans and Edival Evans (Rice); his son Brian Evans; and his brothers, Gerald and Donald Evans.
He is survived by: his spouse Angelika Goedde; his daughter Tammy Williams (Mark) of Genoa; his grandchildren, Brennen Williams, Caleb Williams and Kaiden Williams; his sisters, Nancy McCloskey, Betty Evans and Beatrice Kroggel; his nieces, Kendra Foust (Jonathon) and Dawn Terrill; and his nephew Greg Evans (Patti).
Memorial contributions may be given to Muscular Dystrophy Association or Multiple Sclerosis Association.
