She is survived by: her husband Karl of Oak Harbor; her children, David K. Gates of Oak Harbor and Cynthia S. Perkins of Millbury, OH; her son-in-law Michael Johnson of Oak Harbor; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Stephan Johnson, Brittany Urban, Dustin and Zachary Perkins; and her siblings, Donald W. Lochotzki of Oak Harbor, Dennis Lochotzki (Ann) of Oak Harbor, Donna Gonya (Paul) of Fremont, OH and Marjorie St (George).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Boniface Catholic Church or School, or Sisters of St. Francis of Tiffin.
