She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Carter; her stepfather Sylvester Asperger; her brother Ronald Allen Carter; and her stepbrother Steve Asperger. She is survived by: her children, Tyler Heggie and Cheyenne Heggie; her significant other Butch Hatfield of Oak Harbor; her mother Linda Asperger; her siblings, Sue Kincaid (Tim) and Mark Carter (Karen); her stepsisters, Dianne Perry (Michael), Deb Yandura (Tim), Tiffin Diaz and Monica Diaz (Steve); and her stepchildren, Amanda Hatfield and Jonathan Hatfield.
