She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Lowell; and her parents, Richard Wengel and Suzanne Wengel.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Lantern of Chagrin Valley or Rescue Village of Geauga County in memory of Joy.
