He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Green and Ruth C. Green (Dunstan); his father-in-law Raymond Siegel, Jr.; and his stepfather-in-law James Kitchen. He is survived by: his wife April R. Siegel-Green; his siblings, Sue Green, Kathleen Green-Odawara (Jo) and Jim Green (Rosie); his nieces and nephews, Amy Green Lanza (Vince), Hana Odawara, Ben Odawara, Samantha DeJesus and Samuel Siegel; his mother-in-law Ann Kitchen; and his brother-in-law Raymond Siegel, III (Victoria).
