He was predeceased by: his wife Julia D. Lack; and his brother Charles Lack. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Doud (Harold), Kathy Walker (Roger), Michael (Wanda), David (Ruth), Steven (late Francis), William Lack (Martha) and Mary Jo Creedon (James); and his sister Margaret Auer. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, 7 great, great grandchildren.
